ClearVue Pressure Wash & Window Care provides professional exterior cleaning services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including but not limited to:

• Pressure Washing / Power Washing
• Soft Washing
• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Concrete Sealing
• Post-Construction Cleaning

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or estimate provided at the time of booking.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on the information you supply and a visual assessment of the property. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered at the time of service. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from ClearVue Pressure Wash & Window Care, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from ClearVue Pressure Wash & Window Care at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Types of Messages: Messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, follow-up communications, estimates, and promotional offers (if opted in).
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your service interactions.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your text messaging plan. ClearVue Pressure Wash & Window Care is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via text message. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

ClearVue Pressure Wash & Window Care takes every precaution to protect your property during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance for your protection.

Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling a service, you grant ClearVue Pressure Wash & Window Care permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for securing loose items, closing windows and doors, and ensuring pets are safely contained before our arrival. Please inform us of any special access requirements or property conditions prior to service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a re-cleaning at no additional charge.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
• Use automated systems to access or scrape content from the website without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
